  1. Pour the almond milk and tart cherry juice into a small saucepan, stir and heat gently for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Remove from the heat and whisk in the honey or syrup and ashwagandha if desired.
  3. If you prefer a really frothy texture, fluff up the milk with a milk frother or pour the mixture into a blender and blend on high for a few seconds. Blending will allow your drink to cool off a little.
  4. Top with rose petals and enjoy warm as part of your daily bedtime ritual.
