Organically grown unrefined flax (linum usitatissimum) seed oil, organically grown unrefined sunflower (helianthus annuus) seed oil, organically grown unrefined extra virgin olive (olea europaea) oil, antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract.

Adults and children 3 and over take 1-2 tsp (5-10ml) a day. Children 6 months to 3 years take 1 tsp (5ml) a day. Not suitable for frying or baking.

Ideal for dressing salads, on vegetables or in smoothies.
