I was very pleased to find a form of iron that I can take sub-lingually (under the tongue), as it is far better absorbed in this form.
I am prone to anaemia, so I need to take iron regularly. I think this is helping, but I won't know for sure without a blood test to confirm it.

Such a great way to take iron, i’m Usually anemic and pale as snow but after taking this regularly I have colour in my cheeks, a huge breakthrough for me, extremely unusual. This is a great and easy way to take the vitamins we need.

Best Iron supplement I have used, no gastro effects but then I keep it under my tongue for as long as possible to absorb as much of the iron before swallowing. My iron levels were low, having them tested again after 6 weeks or so to see if this has helped. I've no doubts it will as I use other products in this range and know from blood tests I absorb them. This is why I like this brand, sublingual seems to be a much more effective route for absorption, for me anyway.

Pleasant taste and convenient to use, but gave me the mother of all stomach upsets! Might work for other people, but sadly not for me...

I've only just begun taking this supplement. It's too soon to tell if this is working for me or not, but for ease of convenience and taste, I score it top marks!
