Enterosgel is an oral suspension for the supportive treatment of gastrointestinal disorders associated with diarrhoea, allergies and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)

Enterosgel is a drug-free therapy. It is an innovative organic mineral that forms a porous gel, which acts as an intestinal adsorbent. Developed to attach or bind to toxins, allergens, pathogens and viruses in the gut and to remove them from the body.

About Enterosgel

Enterosgel has been developed as a drug-free organic mineral gastrointestinal adsorbent that attaches or binds to toxins and pathogens in the gut. Easy to take and has no taste or colour. Enterosgel can be diluted in water, taken off the spoon or from one of the sachets!


Enterosgel 90g Tube.


70% Polymethylsiloxane polyhydrate, 30% Purified Water.


Simply shake the tube well before use, dilute in 50-200ml of water or other liquid of room temperature and drink 1-2 hours before or after a meal or taking medications.


Age Dosage How Often
Child: 3-6 year olds 1 teaspoon or 5g 3 times a day
Child: 7-14 years old 2 teaspoons or 10g 3 times a day
15+ and adults 1-1.5 tablespoons or 15-22.5g 3 times a day

For children aged 1-3 years old, Enterosgel can be used upon the advice of a doctor. The dosage for 1-3 year olds is 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.

Enterosgel can be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If symptoms persist for more than 48 hours, consult with your GP or pharmacist.


  • Store at 4-25°C.
  • Do not freeze.
  • Avoid drying after opening.
  • Use within 30 days after opening.
  • Keep out of reach of children.


  • Intestinal atony (severe constipation due to bowel obstruction), intolerance based on prior use.
  • Possible side effects include: constipation, nausea, vomiting.
