Ingredients

Porridge Oat Flakes.

Usage

Put oats in a saucepan, allow 2 parts milk or water to 1 parts oats. Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Packed in a facility that processes nuts, peanuts, sesame, gluten & soya.
  • Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Once opened, store in an airtight container.

Good quality oats that make a lovely, creamy porridge with soya milk. Only bought them originally because I couldn't get my usual brand but will be sticking with these now, especially as they are good value price-wise too.

Scrumptious! These kind of oats make a nice creamy porridge, and don't need soaking overnight. I've bought 3 kilos so far, I could live on this porridge!
