The microwaveable wheat bag infused with pure essential oils releases an aromatic fragrance when warmed that aids deep sleep and relaxation and helps relieve tension or stress.

Please follow the instructions below, they are to ensure your safety.

Microwave Heating Times and Instructions:

1. Place half a cup of water inside the microwave whilst heating to assist rehydration. Be careful when removing the cup of water as it may be very hot.
2. Make sure the turntable is able to rotate freely, is clean and free of grease or anything which could cause burning.
3. Place the body wrap onto a non-metallic plate and place inside microwave oven, making sure the filling inside the wrap is evenly distributed (this helps avoid hot spots occurring during heating).
4. Fold the body wrap over if it does not sit flat on the turntable.
5. Heat for 60 seconds then carefully touch test, continue to heat in increments of 10 seconds until desired temperature is reached, up to a maximum of 2 minutes for 500-750 watt microwaves and a maximum of 1 ½ minutes for 800-1000 watt microwaves.
6. In the event of overheating, allow to return to room temperature and inspect all seams and condition of the microwaveable insert. Do not use if damaged.
7. Once heated allow to stand for 30 seconds before use.

To Use As a Cooling Compress:

Remove outer packaging and place the body wrap in a plastic bag in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

Care Instructions:

• See care label for cleaning instructions.
• The filling contains ceramic tourmaline beads and lavender oil.
• Store in a clean and dry environment.
• This product is biodegradable and should be disposed of through normal household waste.
• If the microwaveable wrap gets damaged whilst hot, allow it to cool to room temperature before you dispose of it.
• In time the aroma may need replenishing, add a few drops of pure essential oil to the body wrap.

• Take care when removing from microwave as the product may be hot.
• Do not ingest contents.
• Do not overheat.
• Inspect the body wrap at regular intervals, discard if found worn or damaged.
• Clean only in accordance with the manufacturer`s instructions.
• Consult a doctor before use whilst pregnant.
• Not suitable for children under 3 years old due to the heating nature of this product.
• The heating of the microwaveable insert should only be carried out by an adult.
• Not suitable for persons insensitive to heat.
• Remove the wrap immediately if there is discomfort or irritation.
• Allow to cool to room temperature before reheating.
