Please follow the instructions below as they are to ensure your safety.

Microwave Heating Times and Instructions:

1. Remove the microwaveable insert from the cover and heat in a microwave following the instructions below.
2. Do not heat the external cover.
3. Place half a cup of water inside the microwave whilst heating to assist rehydration. Be careful when removing the cup of water as it may be very hot.
4. Make sure the turntable is able to rotate freely, is clean and free of grease or anything which could cause burning.
5. Place the microwaveable insert onto a non-metallic plate and place inside the microwave, making sure the filling inside the insert is evenly distributed (this helps avoid hot spots occurring during heating).
6. Fold the microwaveable insert over if it does not sit flat on the turntable.
7. In the event of overheating, allow to return to room temperature and inspect all seams and condition of the microwaveable insert. Do not use if damaged.
8. Heat in increments of 10 seconds until desired temperature is reached, up to a maximum of 1 minute for 600-750 watt microwaves and a maximum of 30 seconds for 800-1000 watt microwaves.
9. Once heated allow to stand for 30 seconds before use.
10. After heating the microwaveable insert, it must be re-inserted into the cover with the velcro securely fastened before use.

• The microwaveable insert contains ceramic tourmaline beads and lavender oil.
• This product is biodegradable and should be disposed of through normal household waste.
• If the hottie gets damaged whilst hot, allow it to cool to room temperature before you dispose of it.
• Store in a clean and dry environment.

• This product can cause burns. Avoid prolonged direct contact with the skin.
• Take care when removing from microwave oven as the product may be hot.
• Do not ingest contents.
• Inspect the microwaveable insert at regular intervals and discard if found worn or damaged.
• Clean only in accordance with the manufacturer`s instructions.
• Consult a doctor before use if pregnant.
• Not suitable for children under 36 months due to the risk of overheating.
• Not suitable for persons insensitive to heat.
• The heating of the microwaveable insert should only be carried out by an adult.
• Allow to cool to room temperature before re-heating.
