Ingredients

Deep-sea fish oil concentrate (from anchovy, sardine and mackerel) fish gelatin, humectant: glycerol, strawberry flavour, evening primrose oil, antioxidant: a mix of rosemary and tocopherol rich extract (Miradoxan), cholecalciferol concentrate.

Usage

For adults and children 6 years and older: 2 softgels per day with food.

The softgel can be opened and the content can be mixed with food.

My 6 year old son takes these and he is now a lot calmer and focused, both at home and at school. I cannot recommend them enough.

Purchased many times from bodykind as the price is excellent for this high quality product. I initially purchased for my eldest son who is dyslexic as I had heard about the benefits of taking this supplement to help with levels if concentration and mood swings. I also now give my other two children this product to help with their concentration levels at school. The capsules are easy to swallow and tasteless.

High grade with a good omega content and my 5 year old and 8 year old can swallow them no problem. No fishy aftertaste just strawberrry. Too early to comment on the effects on my daughter's behaviour and working memory (she has attachment disorder) but so far so good!

These softgels are small enough to swallow and don't have an aftertaste so my children are happy to take them.
