RIO AMAZON Graviola is becoming increasingly well known as a source of antioxidants called annonaceous acetogenins.
Graviola (Annona muricata), also known as Soursop, is a small evergreen tree that is native to the Amazon Rainforest and other tropical areas of the Americas. A number of active compounds have been identified in all main parts of the plant - including the leaf, bark, root, stem, fruit and seed. All parts of the Graviola contain the antioxidants annonaceous acetogenins.
RIO AMAZON is inspired by the wonderful herbs which grow in abundance all over the Amazon rainforest. These herbs have evolved unique chemical compounds and have traditionally been used by the people who live in the region, who believe they offer a variety of health benefits.
All RIO AMAZON products are certified Organic by the Soil Association, and their teabags are unbleached and completely plastic-free. Their selection of high-quality botanical extracts and superfoods is free from unnecessary additives and fillers.
