Usage

Consume one capsule per day with food to maintain healthy intestinal flora. Can be increased to three capsules per day if required. Should be taken with or after a meal. Comment: A real game changer for me! I’m on a very strict regime. I’ve been on a no carb diet for 7 months & after 30 years of being diabetic, I’m now on reduced medication & I’m showing very good blood readings. My aim in time will be to come off of diabetic meds altogether. It’s all trial & era & what I mean by this, is taking diet shakes for a replacement meal. This is fine but please read the ingredients first. For me, I can’t tolerate anything ending with OSE. Example, FRUCTOSE, SUCROSE etc. I found afterward taking this shake I was bloated & feeling quite unwell & together quite constipated. So I eliminated those ingredients & feeling so much better. I did my homework to help my gut flora & chose UDO’S Microbiotics & haven’t looked back. I’m no longer constipated & my stomach is looking normal ( what ever normal is ). I will continue taking & definitely a repeat purchase. 5* for Bodykind as always an excellent service thank you ?? ??

Comment: Excellent tablets and I wouldn’t stop using them now. I use to suffer from awful bloating after eating every evening meal. This was partly due to menopause and partly a gut problem. I started using these tablets after the recommendation of a health store owner and I haven’t looked back. They’ve changed my life, so much so, I recommended them to my brother, who was having all sorts of gut issues and these have made a massive difference to him too.

Comment: I cannot speak highly enough of this high count prebiotic. It is definitely the best I could find and produce the best results. Since I started using Super 8 a few years ago, the painful Diverticulitis symptoms I used to have to endure have all but gone. The service is next to none and my orders arrive expertly packaged and cold so in optimum condition. There is also the bonus of accumulating loyalty points to offset cost which is appreciated. Completely no exaggeration have transformed my daily life! I was diagnosed with re-aucurring urine infections last summer after having a urine infection 1-2 times a month which affected work, relationships, my whole life it was a nightmare.

The doctors told me the only so 'cure' were antibiotics so that means up to 24 courses of antibiotics per year. However my personal trainer at my gym recommended these all natural probiotics and since taking them for 8 months I no longer suffer from infections. I did run out of these 2 months ago and a week after I stopped taking them, I got an infection so that just proved to me these are my cure!

Please give these a try if you are thinking about it as once they start to work you will be amazed. Can't recommend enough and wish all doctors knew about these.

Comment: These are fabulous probiotics. Well worth the hefty price tag. Any company declaring their strains (different to species) knows what they're doing with probiotics, which Udo's certainly does. A very generous spore count also - 42 billion per capsule. I haven't found any others this high. Also Bodykind informed me that they freeze all their probiotics so you can be confident that they have been well treated and should be as close to the stated spore count as possible when you receive them. Many retailers do not treat their probiotics well.
These probiotics have really helped my gut health. I suffered from frequent constipation before trying these. Not any more. I will continue to take these.
