Comvita Bee Pollen can promote energy, help support and maintain a healthy immune system and support fertility.

Comvita Bee Pollen Granules are collected by honeybees from the forests and pastures of New Zealand and carefully dried and processed to ensure there is no damage or oxidation of the vital nutrients. The variance of colour in the jar reflects the variety of plants that the pollen was collected from, ensuring a full compliment of amino acids, vitamins and minerals.

Comvita Bee Pollen Granules can be sprinkled on your favourite cereal, fruit or yoghurt to provide a tasty and nutritious supplement to your diet. You can also spread it on toast with Comvita Honey. Bee Pollen is a supplement and not a replacement to a balanced diet.

Comvita Bee Pollen in focus

First it is important to separate Bee Pollen (entomophilic) from its close cousin which is airborne pollen (anemophilic), the latter being the pollen that causes Hay fever and other related allergies.

Bee Pollen is now being recognised by scientists throughout the world as a substance that can promote energy and help support and maintain a healthy immune system.

Bee Pollen is the ultra fine powder that makes up the male element of the flower. Bees gather it in tiny amounts and store it in the hive for food.

The bees instinctively seek out the most nutritious pollen leaving poor quality pollen alone. Because bee pollen is a rich and balanced source of nutrients it was fed to several hundred animals over a two year period, no side effects were discovered but the pollen gave the animals increased vitality and improved their rate of reproduction due to boosted fertility.

Comvita Bee Pollen and Fertility

Bee Pollen stimulates the ovarian function. The intensity of ovulation increased. Several papers have been written in support of this research.

Clearly a woman who wishes for a child but is unable to conceive may well welcome a food that can increase ovulation thereby increasing her chances of becoming pregnant. She may also be pleased to realise that bee pollen improves the biological value of an egg when the diet of the mother includes natural hormones and the complete nutrition of bee pollen.

Bee Pollen Features:

  • An excellent daily multi mineral and vitamin;
  • Its aids and stimulates the ovarian function;
  • Offers antioxidant support suitable for the whole family;
  • Assists athletic performance;
  • Sprinkle on breakfast cereal, blend into a smoothie or mix with honey and spread on toast.

Brilliant product. I have just re-ordered the 250g, first time I have purchased from body kind and I was very impressed with the quick delivery. I really look forward to having my daily 15g with yogurt. Highly recommend.
