Easy to swallow tablets. Contains folate which is so hard to find in other Vitamin B products. Slight aroma and taste. Pity supplements are so expensive, as these are a necessity for me.

I've tried many Vit B complex supplements over 10 years and this is the only one I can use without getting a headache after 3 days of continuous use. Suspect it's because they use the most optimal version of B12 and folic acid in it.

I have been using these for some time now for thyroid health support . Great supplement and improvement overall in my health . I take alongside an extra B12 and wouldn't be without it .

I take this as have an underactive thyroid and B complex with folate is an important supplement. However, I wish it didn’t have Vit C added.

good natural igredient folate instead of chemical folic acid, B12 is Methyl Cobalamin form which is much more bioavailable than cyanocobalamin, good quality product

I like this B complex better than any other I've tried. It represents great value for money as it's a superior product...check out the Methylcobalamin as opposed to an inferior B12

I take vitamin b complex for stress and energy, these tablets were great as I felt I had extra support through stressful time and they all gave me more energy, would highly recommend. Out of all the vitamin b complexes I have tried thus far, this one is my favourite. I struggle with a chronic autoimmune disease (hashimotos) and vitamin b deficiency is certainly an issue for me. I've noticed that since taking this supplement, I have more sustained energy when I need it most, and although I still battle fatigue (I'm thinking that I might need a broad spectrum multivitamin and a magnesium supplement too), I have noticed a shift in mood as well as diminished sugar and carb cravings. Overall I'm pleased with the product and will reorder when I run out!
