Westlab Restoring Magnesium Flakes - 1kg

Ingredients

Magnesium Chloride (as Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate).

Usage

Bathing Instructions: Dissolve 1-4 cups (approximately 250g-1kg) of salts in a warm bath of around 37-39°C. Relax and soak for 20 minutes, 1-2 times per week.

Foot Bath Instructions: Dissolve 1-2 cups (approximately 250g-500g) of salts in a 5 litre foot bath of around 37°C. Relax and soak feet for 20 minutes, 1-2 times per week.

Notes

Contraindications

  • Do not use on broken skin.
  • Avoid contact with eyes.
  • Not to be used if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Seek GP advice before using if you suffer from a medical condition or for use on babies or children.
  • If irritation occurs rinse with water. If it persists, seek medical attention.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Keep sealed in a cool, dry place as over time the salts can attract moisture.

Good product. I mix small amount with warm water and apply to skin, too wasteful in a bath.

Bought for my sister who suffers from migraines and read that many sufferers are short of magnesium. So far, so good with a reduction in severity and duration. Maybe this has helped but who knows - anything is worth a try.

I enjoy this 20 minute Magnesium Bath soak 3 times a week before bed as it enables me to sleep better. While in the warm bath it makes my tissues tingle pleasantly then, once in bed I feel totally relaxed and my usual insomnia vanishes
