Please read these instructions carefully before use as they are to ensure your safety.

• Remove the microwaveable insert from the animal cover and heat in a microwave (do not heat the animal cover).
• After heating the microwaveable insert, it must be re-inserted into the animal cover with the Velcro securely fastened before use.
• Place half a cup of water inside the microwave whilst heating to assist rehydration. Be careful when removing the cup of water as it may be very hot.
• Make sure the turntable is able to rotate freely, is clean and free of grease or anything which could cause burning.
• Place the microwaveable insert onto a non-metallic plate and place inside microwave oven, making sure the filling inside the insert is evenly distributed (this helps avoid hot spots occurring during heating).
• Fold the microwaveable insert over if it does not sit flat on the turntable.
• In the event of overheating, allow to return to room temperature and inspect all seams and condition of the microwaveable insert. Do not use if damaged.
• Heat for 20 seconds then carefully touch test. Continue to heat in increments of 10 seconds until the desired temperature is reached. Up to a maximum of 1 minute for 500 watt microwaves and a maximum of 30 seconds for 800-1000 watt microwaves.
• Once heated allow to stand for 30 seconds before use.

• If the microwaveable insert gets damaged whilst hot, allow it to cool to room temperature before you dispose of it.

• Not suitable for children under 3 years old due to the heating nature of this product.
• The heating of the microwaveable insert should only be carried out by an adult.
• Allow to cool to room temperature before re-heating.
