Description

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a fat-soluble vitamin-like substance that works within the mitochondria of every cell in the body and helps to support the production of energy. The reduced form of CoQ10 is known as Ubiquinol, and this form allows for a better absorption in the body.

CoQ10 may help to support heart health, energy production and immune function, and is also a very potent antioxidant which may help to protect the body against the damaging effects caused by free radicals.
