About Bio-Kult

Bio-Kult is a scientifically developed range of multi-strain probiotics designed to deliver high concentrations of beneficial bacteria to the colonisation sites in the gut.

To produce beneficial effects within the gastrointestinal (GI) tract, live microorganisms must have the capacity to survive and metabolise the gut. At Bio-Kult, each strain is cryoprotected and freeze-dried individually, which aids in its survival through the low acidity of the stomach and eliminates the need for their products to be refrigerated.

Magnesium citrate, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), live bacteria (see contents) (milk, soya), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Take 1-2 capsules per day with food. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.

Capsules can be pulled apart and the contents sprinkled onto food or swallowed whole.

Bought this to help my daughter, the frequency of the migraines got less and less until we stopped buying the Migrea as no migraines at all. First mild one in 2 years so I feel she needs a `top up` before they come back with a vengeance.

I`ve been taking this product for approximately 2 months as I must say I feel that it`s helping to alleviate my ice-pick headaches as well as aiding gut health. This is my second time ordering so will see how it goes.
