Good for autistic gut problems
My daughter is autistic and suffers from gut problems. (Quite common apparently) And bad build up of mouth bacteria this stuff stops the white bacteria on her tongue and has help massively with the digestive issues she has. It's a must for us. Doesn't dissolve in drinks so we mix in with a peach yoghurt instead. Or strawberry yoghurt if we are using the strawberry version.
I agree with previous reviewer, the dispensing is a problem. There is no knowing how much to give. I rung Biocare about this and they told me to go out and buy a measure! The instructions on the bottle say half a teaspoonful so I asked Biocare if this meant a level teaspoonful or a heaped or rounded. The Biocare lady said it didn`t matter too much about being precise, but I wanted to know so that I could use the recommended amount. I don`t know whether this product is helpful to me or not but I sprinkle (what I imagine to be the required daily dose) on my Rice Krispies in the morning. A little measure would be useful.....please Biocare.
This is good for my little boy as hes allergic to dairy and this has none in it. The only thing I dont like about this product is how its packaged. Its a powder form in a bottle with a stopper. It requires a 2.5ml/g measure to be used in drinks/food etc. I put it in his milk but need to mix it with a little bit of the milk first to make a paste as it doesnt dissolve when added straight to his milk! The infantis version of this product, comes with a little spoon/measure to help dispensing it. This would be really helpful for this product.
