Children aged 12 months to 5 years take half a teaspoon (1.5g) daily. Children aged 6 - 12 years take 1 teaspoon (3g) daily.

Natures Aid Kidz Pro-5 Daily Microbiotic - 90g Powder

This is a brilliant probiotic, with multiple strains, in powder form, with no taste. It mixes easily into yoghurt, or even juice, and my child will eat this often not even realising it is there. A great product and solution for someone who does not like chewables and is unable to swallow capsules - thank goodness this product exists, and I can find it here :-)!
