Can`t live without this, I am not coeliac but super sensitive to gluten and too much salt, this stuff is an absolute must for eating out to avoid unwanted bloating and other unpleasant effects.

This is the product i go to that helps keep me regular. So far it has been the best thing that works for me, with no side effects or nasty taste. I would definitely recommend it. I find that mixing it in yogurt is good or just drinking it in a bottle of water. Have ordered this product several times from bodykind although it is quite expensive at 2 per day. Still not sure how, or indeed whether, it is effective for long-term constipation, but will persevere for now.

Product seems to work well with no side effects. Doesn`t have a horrid taste to it and no bits, but certainly needs a large glass of water to dissolve completely. I add some squash after its dissolved to help it go down easier

I find this Optibac very effective and would recommend it as there seem to be no unwanted side effects, only benefits.
