I can`t praise these things enough! Really help my wonky digestion and I often seem to avoid colds when all those around me are getting ill. As another plus point, corroborated by my girlfriend, I`m pretty sure a couple of these the morning before doing a bit too much drinking makes hangovers an awful lot better.
