A real game changer for me! Im on a very strict regime. Ive been on a no carb diet for 7 months & after 30 years of being diabetic, Im now on reduced medication & Im showing very good blood readings. My aim in time will be to come off of diabetic meds altogether. Its all trial & era & what I mean by this, is taking diet shakes for a replacement meal. This is fine but please read the ingredients first. For me, I cant tolerate anything ending with OSE. Example, FRUCTOSE, SUCROSE etc. I found afterward taking this shake I was bloated & feeling quite unwell & together quite constipated. So I eliminated those ingredients & feeling so much better. I did my homework to help my gut flora & chose UDOS Microbiotics & havent looked back. Im no longer constipated & my stomach is looking normal ( what ever normal is ). I will continue taking & definitely a repeat purchase. 5* for Bodykind as always an excellent service thank you ?? ??

Excellent tablets and I wouldnt stop using them now. I use to suffer from awful bloating after eating every evening meal. This was partly due to menopause and partly a gut problem. I started using these tablets after the recommendation of a health store owner and I havent looked back. Theyve changed my life, so much so, I recommended them to my brother, who was having all sorts of gut issues and these have made a massive difference to him too.

Good source of probiotics, you may have to use this for a longer duration to get the effects. Good also after a colonic irrigation

I use these in conjunction with oestrogen pessaries as they work well in solution to get rid of infection and dryness problems. Highly recommended.

I cannot speak highly enough of this high count prebiotic. It is definitely the best I could find and produce the best results. Since I started using Super 8 a few years ago, the painful Diverticulitis symptoms I used to have to endure have all but gone. Expensive but they seem to be the best. Used them to restore healthy bacteria in the gut after an upset. Soon restored everything to normal. The counts stated certainly seem to be the highest available.

Purchased this after I became pregnant and developed oral thrush and bloating. Have had 2 bottles already. Has helped to relieve the bloating, although thrush has not completely cleared. Might possibly need to take for a longer period.
