Purchased for my teenage daughter who has always had sleep problems and even more so recently since lockdown, she has been using now for two month s and I asked her the other week if she thought they had made a difference and she said yes.

A friend of mine gave me these the other week as they were left over in her cupboard, and I would say they are the best 5-HTP tablets that I have tried. I would recommend 5-HTP to anyone who needs a bit of a pick-me-up every now and then. I prefer to take 5-HTP patches now instead of tablets, but I would still recommend the Doctor`s Best tablets if tablets is what you prefer.
