Excellent Vegan Product, I Take 1 of these at night after a gluten free biscuit with honey on and I have a peaceful night unlike ever before, and not only that I actually wake feeling refreshed, which is another thing that doesn`t happen, so yes I can highly recommend these, thanks :)

I call this my happy pill. I take this supplement 30-60 minutes prior to bed time. If you have problems sleeping it does the trick. It allows me to have a sound sleep putting me to sleep in a efficient amount of time allowing me to get enough hours sleep. My moods have also been fantastic!
Had headaches a few times when woken up but that is because I have woke up with only 4- 5 hours sleep. Also depends on how much 5-htp you take because you can take 1-3 times a day. Don`t take during the day. It will knock you out. This brand definitely works!

I use this along with ZMA as part of evening supplement regime. Helps the mind and body unwind. If you wake up with headaches might need to supplement with l-tyrosine to balance things. Check the web for the right balance between these two supplements. Also great price and delivery was prompt.
