Suggested Use:

Take 5g, between 1 and 3 times a day. Start with a `loading phase` of 15g daily and then cut down gradually to maintain desired energy levels each day. Recommended maximum 15-20g per day.

Take D-Ribose with food.

Contraindications:

• D-Ribose may temporarily lower blood sugar levels.
• Take medical advice before use if pregnant or giving to a child, or if you are taking any other medications.
