Natures Aid Turmeric is a unique combination providing both an extract with a high curcumin content PLUS a whole herb turmeric.
Curcumin and turmeric are often spoken about as if they are the same thing. This is not the case. Curcumin is just one component of the whole turmeric herb - turmeric actually provides over 200 different, potentially beneficial, compounds.
Some medical herbalists prefer to use whole herb products, whilst others suggest that high curcumin extracts are best - Natures Aid Turmeric is therefore the best of both worlds.

Ive been taking this supplement recommended by my medicinal herbalist for about three months now due the joint pain associated with the menopause, wow absolutely amazing stuff !! Thats me on them for a while now highly recommend.

I chose this product because it has a high concentration of turmeric extract and turmeric whole herb, without any nasty fillers or anti-caking agents. I`ve been getting the first signs of arthritis in my fingers and after only a couple of weeks of taking this supplement, the pain is clearly subsiding. I`ll definitely continue taking these and have ordered more. So far so good!
