I take Viridian Lutein because glaucoma runs in our family and I want to keep my eyes as healthy as possible, I think this is an excellent supplement.

I take this supplement to support my eye health and have done for several years. There was a noticeable increase in my ability to see distance objects clearly i.e. reading signs etc after I started taking this (I am short-sighted).
