Dosage

As a food supplement, take one to three capsules daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Known Contradictions:

• Not to be used during pregnancy or lactation unless recommended by your health care practitioner.
• Caprylic acid products should not be used by individuals with ulcerative colitis.
• Product may in some rare cases may cause initial digestive discomfort such as bloating and diarrhoea in early stages of use. This is a perfectly normal indication of parasitic `die off`, and will last no more than 1-2 days.
