Higher Nature Quercetin and Bromelain - 60 Tablets

Very helpful for keeping balanced histamine levels in the body. The Bromelain aids absorption but can cause a bit of reflux of too much taken by those with an issue in that area already. Stick to dosage. Very good product overall.
