Shake before use. Take 1-2 tsp (5-10ml) with 1 cup of water and 1 tsp of unpasteurised honey (optional) up to 3 times a day.

Great product. I purchased this as it not only contained the mother, but is also organic. Am waiting to see if it has an effect on my blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Lots of people have commented on my clear skin - which I`m not sure is coincidental. Appetite does seem to have decreased too - which is a bonus.

Cannot imagine starting the day without a spoonful of this delicious ACV in a large glass of water. It really helps my osteoarthritis. Also makes for a cooling and refreshing hot weather drink. Have been taking it for over two years and will continue to do so.

I started taking this product last September, having been recommended it for joint problems. I also wanted to lose a few pounds. I take it every day in a mug of water with raw honey and the juice of half a lemon. I have lost 13lbs in 5 months would recommend to everyone!

I take ACV twice a day (since last week) and have already noticed a difference. I feel better internally, no bloated tummy, more energy and I`m eating much less. I wonder if it curbs ones appetite? I don`t know, but I do know I`ll be ordering more once this runs out.
