Have been taking glucosamine and chondroitin for over 20 years I have wondered on occasion if they were actually doing anything, but if I dont take them for any reason for a period of time I eventually realise that my joints are getting increasingly stiff and I have pain that I had forgotten I had ever had before after taking them once more on a regular basis the pain and stiffness diminish until I forget I had a problem once more.

First found this product in Yorkshire whilst visiting family. Found it very good, couldnt find down south so ordered on line.

I wonder if this is making a difference then I dont use it for a week or so and pain in my hip joint returns, couple of days taking 2 a day and Im back able to sleep on my side again and pain free until I forget to re-order!

Good product. They are helping with my osteoarthritis of the hip.

I really like this supplement for wrist, knee and ankle joints. However if you have problems with excess heat in your body (Pita Ayurvedic profile) then this might not be for you as my mum found out.

These capsules apprear to work very well. I take two a day and I believe that they are effective.
