I haven`t noticed any difference in my flaky soft nails, or my fine hair but my skin is clearer

Just thought I`d point out, Type 2 collagen is what helps joints and cartilage. Types 1 and 3 are mainly for skin, hair and nails. Type 2 should be taken separately to 1 and 3 to ensure adequate absorption. If you`re looking for help for your joints- Doctors Best do a hyaluronic acid/collagen complex- more expensive but it works well.

nothing happened, in fact my arthritis got worse.
No improvement in my crumbly nails either.
Sad this hasn`t worked for me as it has for other.

I`ve only been talking the collagen tablets for around ten days but already my nails are much stronger. (They`re usually soft and flaky.) I will be continuing to take them in the hope that I will experience joint pain reduction, as has happened with other reviewers, & yes, I certainly recommend this brand of collagen. If nail strength improves so quickly, I am expecting more good results??

I read a lot about importance of collagen and found bodykind site and ordered it. Now I`m on my third bottle and my nails are so strong and so long even thou I wash up everyday and as I`m a support worker - life throws you all kind of things and nails do get through a lot of things. Love it, would recommend it.

I was experiencing pain in my thigh and thumbs, since taking this supplement the pain in my thumbs has gone and although I still have a little discomfort in my right thigh it is much better and I don`t have to take painkillers now when I drive. I am pleased with this product and I will be buying more.
