I cannot comment if these work as I have been so disappointed in the size and hardness of the tablet. They are like bullets and the recommended dose is 6 a day. I can barely swallow one tablet due to the way they are made. So I have to try and chew them which is unpleasant enough and have never managed to swallow 6 in one day as it is a chore. I wish I had bought the powder but no idea if this would be much better apart from not swallowing a massive missile of a tablet. I am sure there must be better and easier tablets to take than these. So sadly, I will probably never know if they work due to these issues. An expensive waste of money

I have knee and back problems so I am hopeful that this product will help in sustaining it. I haven`t had it long enough to definitely confirm, but I hope it helps with wrinkles too. Taking 6 a day is not realistic for me as they are big tablets and I take others for my problem. I do feel better for having more collagen in my body as I reach 70 next week. Every little helps!
