One sachet (10.22g) per day. Can be taken any time of the day, best one hour after food.

It really worth every penny ! I`ve torn my ligaments on ankle and couldn`t walk at all;(
It was such a painful story to go downstairs,to walk more than 1km,but now ,after having 1 month course of revive join complex -
I can walk,cycle and my joints not stiffing .Doctor said this is amazing quick healing done just in one month time. I taking already 2nd pack and wold buy some more.
