Helped with my indigestion and heartburn, but did find the peppermint to be a little too strong for my stomach. It tended to repeat on me, but that could be my sensitive stomach.

I took this some time ago and had no problems with my highly sensitive digestive system. I cannot say that I felt it made a huge difference, but maybe I needed to be taking the capsules for a good while longer. Easy to swallow, far better than tablets for me and I would recommend trying them.
