Fushi Organic Ashwagandha Tincture features the Ayurvedic herb, ashwagandha, a powerful adaptogenic herb for boosting energy. 

Fushi tinctures are formulated using a high strength ratio of 1:2 herb to water and are made by macerating herbs into alcohol to create natural health remedies that address a whole range of everyday health concerns.

Each tincture comes with a graduated 0.5ml to 1ml pipette for easy dispensing.

Suggested use:

Traditionally, Ayurvedic remedies were made by combining the herb with honey, ghee, or rock sugar. To get the most out of your herbs, we recommend that you first understand your dosha or consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner.

The recommended dosage is 1ml to 5ml tincture diluted in water three times a day.

Do not use it internally during pregnancy unless prescribed by a qualified medical herbalist.
