Nature`s Answer Ashwagandha Root - 60ml
Been using this brand of Ashwaganda for about 2 years now. It significantly improves my quality of sleep. I take 15 drops 30-60mins before bed and it helps me drift off quickly and stay asleep throughout the night and sleep more deeply. The great thing about using a tincture is that you can adjust the dose to suit your own constitution.
I prefer the tincture because I can adjust the dose as and when needed. If you are hypothyroid it is recommended to be mindful of any change in symptoms and to monitor lab results when using this herb. It`s an adaptogen so it can help rebalance hormone levels, so you may find you need slightly less medication. I also highly recommend the Olive Leaf tincture by the same brand.
