I`ve been taking Solgar 7 for a number of years now. I` pleased that it`s as effective as it is at keeping my joints lose and pain free. Especially so in the winter time. I`m 75 years old and use it regularly.

These do not upset my stomach as some other joint tablets do. I have not been taking them long enough to tell if they are helping the stiff joints
