Black cumin oil`s impressive nutritional profile makes it a therapeutic and medicinal oil. Take 1-3 teaspoons daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional. Cam also be drizzled over a salad or blended into a smoothie.
Face Moisturiser:
Excellent emolient, apply 5-10 drops onto face to leave skin smooth and supple.
Acne Prone Skin:
Protect the skin by applying 1-2 drops onto an ear bud and gently applying to the affected area twice daily.

Fushi Organic Black Cumin Seed Oil - 100ml
This is wonderful oil. I suffer from ME (since 1991) and during the third and fourth weeks of taking this oil I had the strongerest, clearest, energy levels. I felt strong and vibrant consistently for two whole weeks. Normally I get an uplift in energy for a day at the very most, sometimes only for a couple of hours. Also my sleep has been deeper and more satisfying than normal since the first few days of taking it. It also greatly eases the inflammation of an eczema bout on my hands. It is truly marvelous, a gift from the Divine.
