Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) is a clover-like herb native to the Mediterranean region, southern Europe, and western Asia. Whilst the leaves are edible, it's their small brown seeds that have traditionally been used in medicine.

Each tablet of Lamberts Fenugreek contains a 500mg seed extract with a guaranteed level of 50% saponins. There is increasing interest and research in phytochemicals such as saponins. They are naturally occurring glycosides described by their soap-like foaming ability when mixed with water and boast various health benefits.

In addition, Lambert's formula includes 20µg of chromium which contributes to maintaining normal blood glucose levels and macronutrient metabolism.
