Ginkgo biloba leaf extract	120mg
Equivalent to dried leaf	6000mg
standardised to provide 24% Ginkgo flavone-glycosides typically giving:
Flavone-glycosides	28.8mg
Ginkgolides and bilobalides	7.2mg

Take 1 tablet per day with food.

Natures Aid Ginkgo Biloba - 90 Tablets

I have always had poor circulation & my osteopath suggested taking a ginkgo supplement, presumably because she was fed up with touching my cold feet! I usually start taking it during the autumn to try & reduce the number of chilblains. There has been a definite improvement in my circulation, but I try not to use it continuously as I am aware that this product thins the blood, so its not for everyone.
