Urtica, or as it is more commonly known, Stinging Nettle, has a well-known reputation for its sting when the skin touches the hairs and bristles on the leaves and stems. The name Urtica comes from the Latin verb urere, meaning `to burn.
Interestingly when the fine hairs on the Urtica plant come into contact with a painful area of the body they can actually cause a decrease in the original pain! Alfred Vogel was one who advocated this treatment to a number of his patients.
Today A. Vogel is kinder and the leaves and roots of Urtica plants are carefully harvested and manufactured twice yearly into a tincture.

I really like this liquid form . It seems to go through the system very fast. I use it to de tox whilst undergoing tests for anaemia and instead of the urticalcin tablets that I have been taking regularly for a long time. Both products improve the appearance and strength of my nails .

Using this for about a year to combat arthritis by stopping uric acid crystals. Lump at base of toe shrunk and keeps inflammation down along with apple cyder vinegar and turmeric tablets. no side effects for me

Purchased after reading that this helped with eczema and nasal congestion. Teenage Son came back from a school residential trip with eczema behind his knees - used this for a few days and the change was amazing! It started clearing a lot quicker than with just steroid cream and his usual cream. Definitely always keep this indoors. Also helps to clear his nasal congestion, which is suffers with a fair amount.

I had two periods of stiffness in my right hand`s index, middle & ring fingers. Nothing I tried helped. After three weeks of Urtica drops, there was a definite improvement & after five weeks my fingers moved freely. I take only 20 drops in the am now & after five months all my fingers move normally. I hope this helps others.
