Red Clover Extract, Di-Calcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Liquorice Extract Prep (Liquorice Root Extract, Maltodextrin), Anticaking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Sage Extract, Siberian Ginseng Extract Prep (Siberian Ginseng Extract, Maltodextrin, Silicon Dioxide), Anticaking Agent (Vegetable Source Magnesium Stearate).

Per 2 tablets

Red Clover (Trifolium pratense) extract standardised to provide 40mg of isoflavones.	500mg
Sage (Salvia officinalis) leaf extract	40mg
Equivalent to fresh leaf standardised to provide 1.6mg of rosmarinic acid	400mg
Siberian Ginseng extract	40mg
Equivalent to fresh root	400mg
Liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) root extract	100mg
Equivalent to fresh root	1500mg

Take 2 tablets per day with food.

Do not exceed the recommended intake.

Do not use if seal is broken.
Best before end: See side of label.
Keep out of reach of young children.
Store in cool dry place.
This product contains liquorice.
You should not take liquorice products if you have high blood pressure (hypertension) or are taking high blood pressure medication.
Not recommended for use during pregnancy or when breastfeeding.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Natures Aid Red Clover Complex with Sage & Siberian Ginseng - 120 Tablets

I have been taking these for years for my menopause symptoms and for me they work, i tried to stop taking them and my symptoms returned. Also as i didnt realise to begin with dont take later in the day as they have ginseng which keeps you awake, and i had a week or so id taken one on t.time then i couldnt sleep. Great product...wish they would use glass tubs tho.

These for me are amazing, been going through menopause for some years, and found these on here, if i run out all my symptoms rise up terribly, for me these are just what i needed
