It is derived from a native tree in North America. Only the inner bark of the slippery elm tree is used to create this fine cream-coloured powder. Once harvested the bark is dried at low temperatures to retain as much of the nutrients as possible and then milled into a fine powder.

Internally: Add one teaspoon to 250ml water. Best taken at night.
Externally: Mix with water to form a paste and apply to the affected area. Do not apply to open wounds.

I was recommended this product by a nutritionist to start improving overall gut health. Since I started taking it, my bowel movements are more regular, less loose and its made me feel so much better. I add it to a morning smoothie. I have made some dietary changes too, but I know this addition has made a big difference. Great value for money. Thanks! Will keep buying over and over.
