I drink Tulsi Clarity because I don`t like ordinary tea and this is a refreshing replacement for it. I also recommend their Chamomile and Marshmallow tea which, if brewed for 15 minutes, really helps me get back to sleep if I wake up in the middle of the night.
I just drink this tea because it tastes nice and is very refreshing. It has a lovely aroma too. A good substitute if you don`t drink ordinary tea I think. I personally haven`t noticed any health benefits as far as I know so far and I have been drinking it for a long time.
This is my first Tulsi tea. I love the taste of it and that there are three kinds of Tulsi in it, I believe it makes me feel calm and relaxed, not tired though. I am glad I bought so much of it.
