Bio Health Good-Nite is a traditional herbal medicinal product used for the temporary relief of sleep disturbances based on traditional use only.
Good-Nite should be taken at the recommended dose until symptoms of sleeplessness are relieved, or natural sleep returns.

The herbal ingredients are wherever possible sourced from organic, wildcrafted (non-threatened species) or cultivated plants. All the herbal raw materials conform to accepted scientific standards, British Pharmacopoeia, European Pharmacopoeia and British Herbal Pharmacopoeia.

All Bio Health products are manufactured in the UK in premises licensed by the Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Authority (MHRA). All herbal raw material is tested against published Pharmacopoeia standards, which includes testing for heavy metals and pesticide residues.
For Adults and Elderly: To aid sleep, take 1 capsule 30 minutes before bedtime, swallowed with water, with an additional dose earlier in the evening if necessary.

Contraindications:
Do not take during pregnancy or lactation
Not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years of age
Do not take if you are already taking a medicine for sleep or anxiety
Patients with known hypersensitivity to Valerian root should not use Good-Nite
If symptoms worsen or persist, or adverse reactions not mentioned in the leaflet occur, consult a doctor or qualified healthcare practitioner
May cause drowsiness. If affected do not drive or operate machines. Excessive alcohol consumption should be avoided while taking this product.

My daughter really struggles to dtop off to sleep, and to sleep restfully, this seems to help her with both. She really likes this product.
