BetterYou Magnesium Muscle Body Spray - 100ml

I like these sprays and will continue to use them. I got them as magnesium is said to help with poor sleep. They haven`t really influenced my sleep but maybe I need to use it even more. I apply a number of sprays daily after taking a shower. It does tingle, itch, and sting a little (definitely don`t use it after shaving or waxing!) One of the other reasons I got it was to help with calf muscle cramps which it really has improved as they could cramp just from going from a standing still position to walking. The true test will show when I get back to running, I`m hoping it`s also helping my injury recover.

BetterYou Magnesium Muscle Body Spray - 100ml

I have been using this product for about two months. The difference in my muscles has been unbelievable! No more sore muscles after working out, no more tightness, and a great way to relax before going to bed. It really improved my quality of sleep. As for the tingling sensation, it was gone after a month or so of continuous use. Highly recommended.
