Nature`s Own Nature`s Night - 80g Vegan Powder

Nature`s Night contains a mix of ingredients that are naturally soothing to aid with sleep. Comprising key ingredients glycine, magnesium, Montmorency cherry (a natural source of melatonin) and hops.

Glycine is an amino acid that has been recognised in trials to improve sleep quality if taken shortly before bed. Magnesium contributes to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue, the relaxation of muscles and to normal nerve function. Hops are also present in this supplement as they have been traditionally used to aid relaxation.

80g Vegan Powder

3g (one level teaspoonful) with a large glass of water or juice stirred well, ideal taken 2 hours after food and 1 hour before bed. Do not take with food as that will lessen the effect. Take as a food supplement or as directed by a practitioner.
