I never knew a supplement could make such a big impact on the quality of my life. My heavy PMS symptoms, that would knock me out for two weeks, are completely gone, I don`t need pain medication or to stay in bed for several days; my moods are easy to manage and I feel optimistic about life; I have energy, my stress levels are down. I ran out of Kalm Assure and for a few months couldn`t get it. I couldn`t find any products in a similar quality where I live. If it was a citrate it came in form of a powder for mixing a drink and they would put artificial sweeteners in it, which I`m extremely sensitive to. But I desperately needed a replacement. So I took a regular over the counter magnesium. Better than nothing, I thought. Well, it did absolutely nothing. All my symptoms returned, the depression, the pain, low energy and on top of that muscle cramps in my legs at night. I was falling apart, fast. I`m so happy Bodykind had Kalm Assure in stock and that they deliver to Germany. The relief was instant. On the first day of taking it every thing normalised. This is my Holy Grail supplement. Fingers crossed that it will be available always.
