Take two capsules daily 30 minutes prior to sleep, take as a food supplement with or without food. 100% plant based vegicap may be split and powder mixed with food or drink.

I take magnesium for restless legs, I thought I would give this one a try as its a natural form and has added herbs to help you feel rested and restored I found that for the two nights I took this my resting heart rate went up and my Fitbit gave me a much lower score than usual. I also slept less. I had to have an afternoon nap because I felt so tired!
