I have taken a magnesium supplement for many years because I was a migraine sufferer I have had only had 4-5 attacks in over twenty years now since starting taking it, but due to the virus I was unable to get any from my usual supplier so didnt have any for approx 3 months, and I eventually realised the regular headaches and sleeplessness had occurred after running out of magnesium capsules, I have been taking these capsules for the last month and headaches have gone and i`m sleeping much better again so i am very happy with them.
